Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the gbd88 platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms without modification. Certain features of the platform — in particular the placement of bets and the claiming of bonuses — require account registration and are therefore additionally subject to the Account Terms set out in Section 3.

We further reserve the right to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed in connection with a breach of these Terms.

Player Eligibility
To register and use a gbd88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one gbd88 account at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not. The following rules apply to all gbd88 accounts:

- Accounts that show signs of collusion, bonus abuse, or any other fraudulent activity will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed fraud will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
KYC Verification
gbd88 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Before processing a player's first withdrawal, or at any point we reasonably require, we may ask you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This process is handled securely and your documents are used solely for identity verification purposes.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All monetary transactions on gbd88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by gbd88, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer) may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits made via bKash , Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your gbd88 account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. gbd88 reserves the right to request an alternative method where the original channel is unavailable.
- gbd88 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. gbd88 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held until documentation is received and approved.
- gbd88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases we will notify the player and may request additional documentation.
Bonuses and Promotions
gbd88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:
- All bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified on the relevant promotion page. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly on each offer.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found to have registered multiple accounts in order to claim a bonus more than once will have all accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.
- gbd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, its existing terms remain in effect.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. gbd88 may at its sole discretion decline to offer a bonus to any player or group of players.
Wagering Requirement Note: The rollover on bonus funds must be completed using real-money bets at the minimum odds stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings count toward the wagering requirement only as specified per offer. Bets placed on excluded game types do not contribute to the rollover total.
Betting Rules
The following rules govern all bets placed on the gbd88 platform, including sports betting, live in-play betting, and any other wagering product:
- All bets are final once confirmed. gbd88 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a bet after it has been confirmed by the system, except where gbd88 determines at its sole discretion that an obvious error has occurred.
- In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sporting event, gbd88 will determine the settlement of affected bets based on the official result of the event or, where no official result is available, on the state of play at the time of the failure.
- Odds displayed on gbd88 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is placed are the odds in effect at the moment the system confirms the bet, not the odds displayed at the time the player initiated the bet selection.
- gbd88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already concluded at the time of placement, or where the odds offered were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.
- Maximum winnings per event, per day, or per bet type may be capped at gbd88's discretion. Players will be notified of applicable caps prior to placing a wager where technically feasible.
Responsible Gaming
gbd88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming conditions form part of these Terms:
- Players may set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits on their accounts at any time via the account dashboard. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.
- Players may request self-exclusion from gbd88 at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbd88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction placed on your account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any vulnerability or error in the platform's systems.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies that exploit bonus offers, or any coordinated group play designed to generate a risk-free profit at the expense of gbd88.
- Using the gbd88 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that contravenes applicable financial crime legislation.
- Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing information about game or card states in live dealer games.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Where gbd88 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to void all bets placed during the period of the violation, close the account without notice, withhold the entire account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
Account Suspension and Termination
gbd88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the player is in breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory instruction; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; or (d) the player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Where an account is closed other than for cause, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbd88 shall not be liable to any player for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill; (b) any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage; (c) any loss arising from the interruption, suspension or termination of the platform, whether planned or unplanned; or (d) any loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Privacy and Data Protection
gbd88 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes in detail what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights with respect to your personal data.
Data Security Commitment

Amendments to These Terms
